PRIVACY / PARTNERS MONACO
Privacy notice.
Private by default also means explaining clearly what information we collect, why we use it and how access is controlled.
1. Controller
The controller for personal information submitted through Partners Monaco is Michel Bouhnik, trading as PARTNERS, registered with the Monaco Trade and Industry Registry under number 25P10800, with establishment at 2 Boulevard de Belgique, Honoria, 98000 Monaco.
2. Information we may process
Depending on the service you use, we may process identification and contact details, collecting interests, sourcing criteria, information about an object, photographs and documents you choose to provide, preferred contact method, correspondence, status and activity records, and limited technical security data used to protect forms and restricted areas.
3. Purposes
We use personal information to review and respond to requests, qualify sellers and buyers, structure sourcing or representation mandates, assess supporting evidence, facilitate private matching and transactions, maintain an operational audit trail, protect the service against abuse and meet applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Depending on the context, processing may be based on your consent, steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement, the legitimate interests of operating and securing the service, and obligations imposed by applicable law.
5. Recipients and service providers
Access is limited to authorised persons working on Partners Monaco and, where needed, professional advisers or service providers supporting hosting, storage, security and application operations. The current technical infrastructure includes Vercel and Supabase.
Private object evidence is stored in restricted storage and is not made public automatically. A Private Room exposes only evidence deliberately marked as shareable for that controlled access.
6. Retention
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request or business relationship, maintain appropriate records, protect legal rights and comply with applicable obligations. When information is no longer required, it should be deleted, anonymised or retained only where a lawful reason requires continued storage.
7. International processing
Some technology or professional service providers may process information outside Monaco. Where a transfer requires specific safeguards under applicable Monaco data-protection law, Partners Monaco will rely on the appropriate legal mechanism and contractual safeguards.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions provided by applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, erasure, or restriction of processing. Other rights may apply depending on the processing concerned.
Requests may be sent by post to Partners Monaco, 2 Boulevard de Belgique, Honoria, 98000 Monaco. We may ask for appropriate information to confirm identity before acting on a request.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Monaco Autorité de Protection des Données Personnelles (APDP).
9. Cookies and tracking
At the date of this notice, the public Partners Monaco website does not deploy advertising or analytics cookies. Restricted administrative areas may use an essential authentication cookie for security and session management.
If public analytics or other non-essential tracking is introduced, this notice and the consent approach will be reviewed before that tracking is activated.
10. Security
Partners Monaco applies technical and organisational measures designed to restrict access, protect submitted files and reduce the risk of unauthorised disclosure, alteration or loss. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
11. Updates
This notice may be updated as the service, legal framework or processing activities evolve. The version published on this page is the current website notice.
